Has the Pope exercised his power in infallibility more than once?

Technically, the Pope has only once exercised the power of infallibilty - the Dogmatic Declaration of the Assumption.

How then, should we regard the status of all the other teachings - encyclicals, doctrines, dogmas, apostolic letters, etc?
 
Dear Bob,

Wrong! What about the dogma of the Immaculate Conception? And then there is the dogma of infallibility itself which was declared by the Pope in Council with all the bishops of the Church during Vatican I. Every time the Pope canonizes a saint he is exercising the power of infallibility.
