Hate Crimes Against Americans

When will the average taxpaying American be guarded against attacks by people who sneak into the US and their families. Here is a table from the FBI that classifies victims of hate crime. It totally ignores Americans being victimized by illegal immigrants and gangs that they spawn.

Shouldn’t Americans be protected from the people who invade America to steal all they can get their hands on?

I wonder why they left out age discrimination statistics. I don’t really wonder, but I suppose age discrimination is acceptable.
 
9,168 total hate crimes in 2008. It’s interesting to me how hard politicians fight to pass laws against hate crimes. While they ignore the hundreds of thousdands of babies that are aborted each year. Talk about misguided priorities.
 
I think just about call crime is motivated by hatred of some sort. To distinguish between a “hate” crime and a regular crime can lead to problems…

The problem comes when classifying a ‘hate’ crime. If an ethnic minority is mugged and beaten does that make it a hate crime? What if the offender was an ethnic majority? What if the offender used racial slurs during the attack, but the attack was motivated by greed?
