In Luke 3, John the Baptist says, "Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”
I suppose you’d have to update that to something like, “Anyone who has two dozen shirts should share with the one who has only three.”
“To date, I’ve never “disappeared” anything as a matter of personal integrity. But the way you all frame the maintenance of the husband’s wardrobe as a wifely responsibility is intriguing.”
You’re welcome!
