Have you ever been to confession and

So Has anyone ever been to confession and doesn’t remember the sin after confession. It’s completely erased out of your mind. I do remember during prayer my sins got revealed and I made note of all of them and when I confessed all of them. The thoughts never bothered me again.

It’s always good to have a written list. I think it works best. I used to forget sins too.
