Have you ever seen anti-Catholic Street Preachers before; in person or on YouTube?

@artortega

Is there any particular reason why you seem to be spending such an inordinate amount of time researching, reading, watching, and seeking out these imbeciles?

These people are no better than Westboro Baptist. Do you spend considerable time worrying about them as well?

These people are lost and infested with demons. Pray for them and move on.

I agree with you about these Christian fundamentalist groups acting the same bad way as Westboro Baptist Church. Those groups are Catholicophobic Organizations. I love researching anti-Catholic hate groups because we must defend the Catholic faith and our places of Worship. I am just letting everyone know in Catholic Answers Forums.

What we saw on Facebook was not enough to identify the writing on the
sign. There were males and females if I recall.

Saw a video pop up on my recommended of a preacher harassing a priest. The channel was Gabe the Street Preacher, if you wanna check it out 😀

When the World Meeting of Families was in Philadelphia, they were out in full force.

I saw a number of them with signs outside the convention center during the conference, and then of course they were out when the Pope came.

I came across one of them during Pope Francis’ visit, screaming something about how Catholics don’t love God, yada-yada. I went up to him and said, “If all these people didn’t love God, they wouldn’t be here.”

Street Preaching is a great American tradition, we’ve had it since colonial days.

Letting the people know what you think in the public realm, who can object to the speech, even if they disagree with the message.

The only problem I have is with electronically amplified speech which attempts to disrupt others.

If someone wants to stand outside a Catholic church on the side walk, preaching a screed against the Pope or the K of C, fine. He crosses the line when he uses an amplifier designed to drown out others.

He goes to Catholic Places of Worship to harass Catholics, but he does not preach by yelling at them like Ruben Israel does.

When I was in college, “Preacher Dan” had a spot on campus where he shouted about various things. He was against a lot of things. Homosexuals, Muslims, interracial relationships, modern Jews (but not Old Testament Jews), and yes, Papists.

As far as I could tell, no one was converted by his antics.

I think Preacher Dan is a white nationalist hate street preacher. Modern Judaism has the Talmud and it has blasphemy against Jesus Christ and other wicked commands.
