I did just one time at a kitchen that mostly veterans attended. It was so sad to see the sacrifices they made serving our country and the homelessness and poverty they now endured. The pepople at this kitchen has such a great attitude and some veterans very humorous. One used to joke around, in a jovial manner, “hey when is steak and lobster night here ?” LOL people loved his great sense of humor and all who came were welcomed.
