I’m asking for prayer from you all for numerous reasons. I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders and I feel sometimes that I’m losing faith and hope. Despair and depression are lurking around every corner. I’m taking blow after blow after blow and I don’t know how much more I have left to hold on to.
If I can have a few people who will come into agreement with me and lift me and these situations up to the Father I would greatly appreciate it. Some from my church family knows what’s happening as well as the church I work for. Praise be to God for them and I am eternally grateful for their prayers.
*Christmas of 2014 my husband left our marriage for another woman, I’m still walking this out but I’m now facilitating a divorce recovery workshop in order to heal and help others heal too. (Prayers for my husband Justin as I wish him all the best in life.)
*My son was placed in jail during this past Christmas due to some poor choices he made and as a mother I would never have thought this would happen, my heart is breaking for him and I pray for God’s mercy and grace. (Prayers for Zach)
*At the beginning of January of this year I was in a horrible car accident with a large electrical truck that hit me from behind on a major highway, NO ONE was injured thanks be to God. I’m still walking that process out due to the lawyer and insurance co. taking their time. I’m losing patience, strength and hope here because I no longer have the vehicle yet still have a car payment. Thank you Jesus for one of the intern Pastors where I work who has loaned me a car for a time. But I need resolution to this problem. (Prayers for Jeff and Liberty M.)
*I just finished having my taxes done and never once have I EVER had to pay the government any money but this year for some reason I do, a very large amount. I have an appointment to go over the documents and gain some clarity I’m just at my wits end here. (Prayers to find errors)
*My mother may be starting dialysis soon as her kidneys are not working as they should. (Prayers for Kathleen)
This has not been the year I thought it would be. I was so hopeful that getting past the pain of separation from last year that this year would bring much grace, but it’s so difficult to see what God is doing and how I’m supposed to respond.
I believe in the power prayer has and I thank you for them!
