Having Second Thoughts About Catholicism

Hi everyone. I am having second thoughts about my decision to recommit myself to Catholicism. I need your prayers. Please pray for me. 😦
 
Living the catholic faith is not easy. It is certainly easier and more fun to show up at the local evangelical feel good church every Sunday. You will be in my prayers.

Thank you for your prayers JohnnyReb. I am not looking for a way out, by the way. If I was, I would not be asking for prayers. I am asking for prayers because I need strength to remain Catholic and not have these second thoughts.
 
Praying that the Holy Spirit will bless you specially with the gift of fortitude!

Whatever you are up against I pray you recieve an increase in Faith Hope and Charity, and a shield to ward off the arrows of the devil. :crossrc: :highprayer:

Holly,put on the ARMOR of GOD, in these days of doubt,and I pray THE HOLY SPIRIT will guide you in the right direction.

Father, I pray that you surround Holly with your angels. Have them to guide her and protect her from evil. We know that satan often comes into our thoughts and creates doubt. Tell him to get behind her Lord and don’t let him get in her path. Father, give her peace and understanding. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ… AMEN

It’s good to know that it has not returned; however, whatever it is, you might want to discuss with someone such as a spiritual director or a priest in order to know the reasons why those thoughts should not what you have to follow.
 
Lord, please help Holly during any difficult times. May she not stumble often in her spiritual journey. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
