He got in my face, was hitting me, and choked me

How about the rights of the infants not to be murdered. Oh yeah, they have no rights according to the infanticide advocates.

Relativism and Liberalism are perverting this world.

One last thing, sounds like something else illegal going on if people have to hide people in their basements.
I said “house”, not “hide”. House out of charity. Hide? You tell me.

Peregrinus writes:

“How about the rights of the infants not to be murdered.”

infant: a very young child or a baby.

fetus: the offspring in the womb from the end of the third month of pregnancy until birth: distinguished from embryo.

This is not just a semantics game.

“Excuse me, sir, while you are harassing me with your superb stalking techniques and taking photographs of me in direct opposition to my request that you stop, why don’t I just pop inside the building and call 911 or see if I can find my cell phone in my desk? I know you’ll be right here, lurking and waiting for me to emerge so you can resume your annoying activities. Be right back!”

Huh?

You need to finish reading the rest of my post. 😃
The photographer made sure that he was not breaking the law by taking pictures and when he was told that he was not he continued. **If it really was that big of an issue for the doctor then WHY did he not call the police about the harassment he felt he was getting from the photographer? **That would be the logical and reasonable thing to do. Attacking the photographer was not necessary when there clearly are other ways of handling the situation. Considering the situation, the doctor does need to be charged. If anyone else in a different situation had been attacked like that, they would have been charged. People, in general, do NOT have the right to go after someone and attack them the way this photographer was.

Uh, yes, it IS semantics. What is an infant, a fetus, and an embryo when they are in or come from a human woman? They are all human beings!!! One human being goes into the abortion clinic, the other is carried in. One walks out alive the other dies by the hand of someone in the clinic though no fault of their own. What is that called? When you get right down to brass tacks it’s called murder!!! No matter how many times you spin the web it’s not going to change that. A baby regardless of their stage of development be it embryo, fetus or infant is still a human being. No one has the right to take the life of another innocent human being. The laws in this country are very contradictory when it comes to this. Fortunately many law makers are starting to see this and are trying to do something about it.

If I was going to house someone out of charity I wouldn’t put them in my basement, however, if I was going to hide someone I might.
Or in my attic.
It sounded like something illegal to me, such as in hiding a teenager before she gets her abortion so that her parents wouldn’t know about it. That is what came to my mind when you said you would put them in your basement.

Suppose it were legal for your neighbor to come and kill your son. Further suppose he is on his way over at this moment to kill your son knowing he has the protection of the law. What would you say would be your course of action? Do you start protesting your government like you do high gases prices at the gas station?
I llke the way you equate a fetus with a baby with an adult. Or equate a fertilized unimplanted EGG with a baby or an adult. Maybe the DNA is next?

Most responsible communities that I have lived in prohibit people from interfering with the lives of others if the others ARE NOT BREAKING THE LAW. This includes harassing at abortion clinics. The photographer should have been arrested, not the provider. Next time he will be. City governments are tired of this sort of nonsense.

A fertilized egg has its own DNA, didn’t you know?

The photographer wasn’t breaking the law, he even checked with a policeman first, didn’t you read the article?

reminds me of a bumper sticker I used to have on my car:

Why let facts get in the way of an agenda

Other than a few isolated instances, the violence has occurred by the infanticide crowd on the pro-life crowd. This includes attacks by staff (each abortion is a violent attack on the mother and child) and false arrests by the police. We must be doing something right.

Speaking of agendas. Absolutely no mention in the main stream media.

They sure don’t seem to understand that abortion is the most violent form of child abuse that there is.

Personally I think they were both in the wrong and both need to spend some time in jail. Now if someone was shooting photographs of me I would get extremely annoyed too probably not hitting annoyed but I HATE getting my picture taken and having it taken against my will would be very emotional distressing to me. However the doctor was still an idiot for not just continuing to drive off when he got in his car.

The photographer asked a POLICE OFFICER if it was ok to take the pictures. The officer said it was perfectly legal. Why should the photographer have to spend time in jail when he went out of his way to make sure he was not breaking the law? If it truly was not legal to be taking the pictures than the police officer that told the photographer it was ok is the one in the wrong not the photographer.

Why should the photographer have to spend time in jail when he went out of his way to make sure he was not breaking the law?
Why did the little weasel have to hide around a corner and ambush the doctor? Why not be above board about it?

Nobody has yet addressed whether or not the photographer was paid for his photographs, or for possibly staging such a scene, even at the expense of damaging his camera, just to draw media attention to the pro-life protest? And did he further research the legitimacy of the doctor’s credentials and present it anywhere as an “expose” or a piece of legitimate reporting?

Exactly. It was legal no matter how some will try to use relativistic illogic to make it look like the cameraman was the criminal.

Of course, to pro-death crowd, anyone who is not in lockstep with their perversions is a criminal without any rights or protections.

You have once again ignored what I said in my post. You have yet to address any of my comments.

Once again I well repeat one of my earlier statements for the third time.
The photographer made sure that he was not breaking the law by taking pictures and when he was told that he was not he continued. If it really was that big of an issue for the doctor then WHY did he not call the police about the harassment he felt he was getting from the photographer? That would be the logical and reasonable thing to do. Attacking the photographer was not necessary when there clearly are other ways of handling the situation. The question is WHY did the doctor NOT call the police when he felt he was being harassed by this photographer??? If this doctor really felt that the photographer was doing something contrary to the law then he should have informed the police about it and let them handle it. If this doctor was really on the up and up then calling the police shouldn’t even be a problem!

Sabda:

I haven’t ignored what you have written in your posts. In fact, I have marvelled at your overzealous use of punctuation to try to drive home your opinion.

I have addressed your comments to my absolute limit. I choose not to consider them any further. I simply don’t agree with you.

marietta

You don’t agree with the fact that if the doctor had a problem with the photographer that he felt was not legal that he should have called the police instead of dealing with it himself?

Speaking of agendas. Absolutely no mention in the main stream media.
Well of course not. This level of aggression is commonplace in urban areas. The papers would run out of ink if they tried to document every such incident.
