He who hearkens to her

In The Book of Sirach, Chapter 4 Verse 15 states:
He who obeys her judges nations;
he who hearkens to her dwells in her inmost chambers.

The her refers to Wisdom. How does one obey Wisdom? How does one hearken to Wisdom?
 
One obeys wisdom by being wise and prudent, and by not doing stupid things when one knows better than that.

One hearkens (“listens”) to wisdom by trying to learn to be wise, and by listening to good advice and then trying to carry it out.

You’ll find a lot of Bible passages that assume that if you’re really listening to someone, you will take what they say to heart and understand it; that you will want to respond in accordance with what you have heard; and that then you will act in a way obedient to your new understanding. Listening, believing, and obeying are often tied together.
