Except you can’t really. It’s like in the GIRM where it lists the things like mandated postures, but it doesn’t say, "Oh and where we do not say that the priest, for example, is mandated to put his hands in the orans position, he is free to flap his hands, pick his nose, assume the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th ballet positions, do a handstand, etc.’. . .the point being that you simply cannot list ALL the things that a person could think of to do and then argue that he CAN do it, just because, “Well, the GIRM didn’t say that I COULDN’T do a handstand!”
