Hello,
This isn’t that important, but someone close to me has betrayed me, please pray that I can be healed, and am not consumed with anger. I can forgive them, but I don’t know if I have the strength to heal the damage, and I want to survive and persevere, but am tempted to take my hurt and propagate it to others. God promised that he always leaves a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13). I want to be able to bear the wound, and continue on my journey to Christ. Please pray I can persevere.

Almighty God, please help me to forgive this
person for hurting my feelings. Help
me to see the greatness in them and to
love them the way that You do. Help me
to relinquish the anger that I’m
experiencing so that I can walk in the
fruit of love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness and self-control. Help me to
heal from this incident and to release
any bitterness that I may be harboring.
Please give me guidance in this situation,
Holy Spirit, so that I can approach it in
the way that is most pleasing to You.
Help me God to do Your will. Thank You,
and in Jesus’ mighty name, I pray.

We are to love one another as God has loved us. Loving this person means forgiving him/her, not speaking of this to anyone else except a priest or professional, do your best to move on. Let go of people who are unhealthy for your spiritual life and let God heal you. My personal opinion from experience, not textbook material. Praying for you.
