I don’t think Jesus preached the health and wealth gospel.

Matthew 16:24-26 *Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or what can one give in exchange for his life? *

Good. I was a member of one of these churches for years and worked for one for a year, as a janitor. I always hated seeing the pastor drive his Lexus to work while I walked to work in the snow. Of course I was never offered a ride. After all, I’m poor, so God obviously has a problem with me, or I’m not a good enough Christian, right? Jackasses I hope they go to jail for life.
 
The last time one of their preachers came to town for a crusade downtown. A local news crew filmed the cars that most people came in. Many were rust buckets. A few good cars. And the preacher in a rolls royce. Do they really think Jesus would drive a rolls royce?

lol sorry but man… Don’t get me wrong I love all the people I went to church with as a protestant; most are great people who really strive to be good Christians as they understand how, but some of those preachers will simply go to hell if they don’t get their priorities straight.
 
and, honestly, a good jail stint might get them to understand what Jesus is really all about. worked for me!
