Something really cleansing and tasty is a large glass of apple, carrot and celery juice. I use two large apples. six large carrots and three to four stalks of celery. It is so cleansing filled with nutrition. It is so hard to eat all the veggies we need every day…so I got a juicer and drink my veggies…sweetened with apples. It’s wonderful.

Would it happen to be this one?

This is the top of the line juicer, once one saves enough money to get this, one won’t need an other juicer for at least 20 years. Each one comes with a 12 year warranty too.

Amen!! I juice every day. Carrot apple is one of my favorite treats.

If you live in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho or Washington you can do a food co-op through Bountiful Baskets (you can search them on the internet). For 26.50, I get nearly two small laundry baskets of organic fruits and veg. They only have organic every other week. On the off weeks, it is 16.50. For some this might be enough for a weeks worth but I have 3 kids who eat a lot of fruit and veggies! I supplement with frozen veggies and frozen fruit for smoothies.

It is so cool to run across other folks who juice! It is healthy and affordable and I get so much energy from it! I have a Jack Lalane juicer…but might look into the one in that picture.

I have the L’Equip 306150 600-Watt Mini Pulp-Ejection Juicer. I got it from Amazon six years ago and have used it almost every day since then! It has even traveled to Japan for several years and back. I love my juicer!

It is nice to meet fellow juicers/people who juice.

Sincerely,

Maria1212
