I will definitely pray for your friend. I had similar terrifying spiritual attacks years ago, that went on for several months. Every Diocese has a Priest who is knowledgeable with this type of situation. Have her call her Diocesan Center. If you want more details about my experience PM me. I would be happy to help in anyway I can.

A Prayer to the Blessed Virgin - ( Never known to fail )

O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel , Fruitful Vine ,
Splendour of Heaven , blessed Mother of the Son of God,
Immaculate Virgin , assist me in this my necessity :
for the complete deliverance of Eileina from the assaults of the demons .
O Star of the Sea , help me and show me herein you are my Mother .

O Holy Mary , Mother of God , Queen of Heaven and Earth ,
I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart ,
to succour me in this necessity :
there are none that can withstand your power .

O show me herein you are my Mother .
O Mary , conceived without sin , pray for us who have recourse to thee . ( 3 times )
Sweet Mother , I place this cause in your hands . (3 times )

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.

May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,

O Prince of the heavenly hosts,

thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
 
I pray that they will receive understanding from the holy spirit in dealing with this evil. I myself have been in a very dark place and when I look back at those evil things I heard I know how big the spiritual battle is and have come to God largely in part of it. I will pray for her to be instilled with hope and faith. Be assured of the prayers of the entire celestial court.
