Will we have emotions in Heaven?
God is without emotions (impassible), yet He lives in bliss and happiness? How can that be?

And if we’ll become like God will we have emotions?

We don’t have a perfect view of what we will be like in heaven, but we have some ideas. In the book of revelation we see deceased saints praying for those on earth (so there is conscientiousness and prayer). We also know that we will retain our identify (Moses and Elijah appeared as “themselves” with Jesus during Jesus’ transfiguration - there is no reason to believe the those attributes are lost when we are in heaven.

Jesus, as God, had emotion - he wept. While Jesus had both a human and divine nature, again, there is no reason to believe we will be different (lose our human nature) in heaven. The difference will be that we will finally be free of sin and therefore content and in bliss in the presence of God (bliss is a type of emotion as well).

Blessings,

Brian

Emotion is the physical expression of feeling. It is the result of the operation of our brain and body.

In Heaven, we will have spiritual bodies; therefore, presumably, emotion under some form, but probably not describable in full in the languages of our human life.

CCC 1045 For man, this consummation will be the final realization of the unity of the human race, which God willed from creation and of which the pilgrim Church has been “in the nature of sacrament.” Those who are united with Christ will form the community of the redeemed, “the holy city” of God, “the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.” She will not be wounded any longer by sin, stains, self-love, that destroy or wound the earthly community. The beatific vision, in which God opens himself in an inexhaustible way to the elect, will be the ever-flowing well-spring of happiness, peace, and mutual communion.

But isn’t it often said that God is love? Why is it that God would be ‘impassible’, which means incapable of feeling?

I think you may be confusing Love and Affection.

Love is an act of the will. To love, is to will what is best for the beloved.

Affection is a feeling that may come and go.

God wills what is best for his creation.
