Dictionaries today give commonly used meanings, not only the word’s original meaning. So all you’ve accomplished is show documentation that others use the word the same way.

Basically, it’s similar to your #1 entry — “intervention” in human affairs. Because the woman received medical care, it wasn’t clearly an intervention there. But you’re free to call the other woman’s private revelation a miracle, because it was actually a vision she had, not simply mental ideas like most of us have I think. I don’t care to spend more time on this. If you’re curious, search more for Thomas Aquinas’ discussion of miracles and you’ll find he categorizes them a bit more nuanced than common-use dictionaries.
