I believe the Fathers understood our centralness in this way. The Scriptures imply so strongly that the centralness extended into the physical (why not).Donāt read me wrong⦠I do agree with you.
Additionally, Truth and Reason will always go hand in hand. And it is reasonable (to me IMHO) that the earth is the center, and God The Son came to earth to save us.

Please read Part II of Geocentricity 101. I explain all this there.But according to geocentrists, all it does is prove the rotation of the universe around the earth every 24 hours. For equal effects, the earth must rotate once in 24 hours on its axis, OR the universe at its farthest periphery must rotate once every 24 hours around the earth.
The earth rotating doesnāt involve relativistic (faster-than-light) speeds. The universe rotating does. Are we to ignore the relativistic mass effects and time-dilation effects required in the geocentric theory?
No, general relativity says we have to be able to describe the universe from any reference frame. So if we describe the universe from a fixed earth (one of many possible reference frames), then if it gives different āanswersā, general relativity itself does not work. The weather would have to be the same; though the explanations may be different (i.e., instead of earth rotating, it would be ascribed to distant rotating cosmic masses).Earth rotation has atmospheric effects which affect our weather. Surely the weather patterns would be different if the earth were motionless. But Iām sure that geocentrists will assure us that equivalent effects are accomplished by the universe rotating about the earth. But where does the earth leave off and the universe begin? Is the atmosphere part of the universe?
You are talking about Special Relativity, not General Relativity. The first paragraph of the Supplement to Part III of Geocentricity 101 says:I come at this as a layman, not a scientist. But my understanding of the equivalency of reference frames was that two frames of reference are equivalent if they are either motionless or traveling at a uniform velocity. Rotational velocity is not considered uniform motionāit is acceleration.
Suppose we use the thought experiment of two identical twins. One remains on earth, the other travels at 99% of light speed to a distant galaxy, then turns around and comes back. When the twins reunite, the ātravelingā twin will have aged only a few months or years; while the stay-at-home twin will have aged centuries.
Butāwhat about relativity? Couldnāt the stay at home twin claim that it was really him who accelerated away from the traveler, and then back again? After all, the traveler would perceive the earth as moving away from him at 99%C. Shouldnāt their motions be equivalent? No. The stay at home twin experienced no acceleration or deceleration, no turning; he didnāt feel any Gās in his body. There is a real difference, and a real difference in the physical effects, including the time dilation effect. Their experiences will be different.
By the same token, if the far galaxies have rotational velocities around the earth far exceeding the speed of light, I donāt really think it is equivalent to the earth rotating at a much smaller speed. I doubt the true equivalency of the frames of reference.
A spinning or rotating earth is not part of geocentric theory. In geocentric theory, the earth does not rotate. Although apparently other planets do. A rotating earth is part of standard astronomical theory and arises, as far as I know, from the manner in which planets are formed, from rotating clouds of matter. But perhaps someone with an astronomical background could explain it better.Thought of something else.

The physics which apply in heliocentric theory are the same that apply in geocentric theory. In either case, planets (in the geocentric case, earth is not a planet) orbit the sun based on an exchange of gravitational potential and ācentripitalā acceleration. In other words, planets further from the sun have less gravitational attraction (mass also plays a role here), and are moving in larger orbits. If the orbits are stable they will continue, if not they will either decay into the sun, or fly off into space (depending on whether gravitation or acceleration dominate). Keplerās three laws are a good guide as to how the orbits operate. Clearly, our observations indicate that our solar system is in a stable configuration.Do the heliocentrists have an explanation as to why two different planets of the same (roughly) size can orbit the sun at different places. Doesnt logic dictate that either the one closer will get pulled in to the sun, or the other will fly off into the universeā¦
There is an equilibrium between all the bodies in the solar system. Since the moon is closer to the earth and has a centripital acceleration around it, it stays with the earth. There are empirical relationships attempting to determine when a satellite will stay with its host and when it will not. I am not sure how successful they are overall. You could use numerical simulations to determine this as a reasonable approximation.Also, why doesnt the moon get pulled into the sun?
SimSolar is simply a Corpenican solar system. When you choose earth centered, all you are doing is transforming the coordinate system from sun centered to earth centered. All the motions are exactly the same. If you study it enough you will see that.Um, trth skr, that simsolar thing is cool, but the geocentric view is crazy. How do you explain the crazy āorbitā of venus. Is it as Sungenis says, an aether that hauls everything round? I hold to it, but dont understand it. Perhaps you could post the relevant part fo your explanation?

In theory, the rotations on axis and orbits of planets around the sun and/or moons around planets are all part of an equilibrium process. They maintain those motions because they have reached an equilibrium state. In theory also, there is no resistance in space to cause the motions to decay (possibly over eons they will slow). In either heliocentric or geocentric scenarios this is an issue. In the geocentric case, the entire rotation of the universe is an equilibrium process which then imparts angular momentum to various bodies in the universe. In the heliocentric case, it is proposed that an initial explosion (i.e., big bang) supplied the energy to start the whole thing. In the geocentric system we can say God started the rotation. If i remember correctly, the geocentric view holds that the speed of light is not set, but instant, so to speak.
Doesnt the light of the sun take 8 minutes or there about to reach earth. Hasnt this been proved.
There is no transgression of the law of gravity. Why do you say there is?Also, do you account for the obvious trangression of the law of gravity by God, or a firmament He put there that is there that swirls around?
