You can’t know that with 100% certainty. And with that, that means that at least some people have, indeed, rejected true love.

No, becasue rejecting love of oyour own free will is logically impossible. So this can be known with 100% certainty.

We know that

1. our experience. We know tons of folks who have made stupid decisions, rejecting love, all the time. Reality tells us this. Can’t argue with that.

problem is christians have a very broad understanding of what “turn our back” means.

a simple mistake/‘sin’ and thats ‘turning your back’.
despite the fact that to err is human.
thats why even believers who love god can still go to hell!

those who believe that, i wonder if thats how they see thier own kids. a simple disobedience and you are enemies.
