No. Let’s look at them in context:

1 Tim 4:1-3
Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the last times some will turn away from the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and demonic instructions

through the hypocrisy of liars with branded consciences.

They forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.

For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected when received with thanksgiving
Here, Paul is talking about groups who forbid their adherents to marry and who set up rules about foods which must not be eaten.

The Catholic Church does no such thing. You may marry, if you wish, if you are free to marry. (However, if you are not free to marry – either because you’ve already married someone or made a vow before God that you will never marry – then you cannot marry. No one has forced you into that situation, however.)

Moreover, the Catholic Church does not restrictions on the foods that you are allowed to eat. Do you like pork? Eat pork. Shellfish? Go for it. However, there are times and seasons during which the Church asks that you make sacrifices, such as Lent, in which there are days in which you are asked not to eat meat. Once Lent is over, though? Go nuts… have steak every meal, if it makes you happy.

2 Timothy 4:3-4
For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, will accumulate teachers

and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths.
Not sure where you’re seeing a conflict. Yes, there are people who follow their own desires and therefore turn to people who teach ‘myth’ rather than ‘truth’.

Interesting well does this verse include such?

You know when militant vegans says dont eat meat
There s alot stories never get married
there s myths many of them over the internet about catholic church
many myths spreaded about christianity about christmas easter to not go fully into dissucsions that whould be all but it all make sense

Sometimes tv news can be really nasty thing when force war images on us then you rampage it does make sense to not get like to much atached because this can have bad bad effect on your mind i noticed this my self it can make person act weird alot

Footnotes:

1 Timothy
  • [4:15] Doctrinal deviations from the true Christian message within the church have been prophesied, though the origin of the prophecy is not specified (1 Tm 4:12); cf. Acts 20:2930. The letter warns against a false asceticism that prohibits marriage and regards certain foods as forbidden, though they are part of God’s good creation (1 Tm 4:3).
2 Timothy passage:
  • [4:1–5] The gravity of the obligation incumbent on Timothy to preach the word can be gauged from the solemn adjuration: in the presence of God, and of Christ coming as universal judge, and by his appearance and his kingly power (2 Tm 4:1). Patience, courage, constancy, and endurance are required despite the opposition, hostility, indifference, and defection of many to whom the truth has been preached (2 Tm 4:25).
  • [4:3] Insatiable curiosity: literally, “with itching ears.”
