my second incharge was rushing me as i was doing something at work and said you got 5 minute left. i was going as fast as i could and not working slow. i lost it and started getting angry and said to her i’ll walk out dont temp me twice then i said to her AT LEST I WORK NOT LIKE OTHERS HERE WHO STAND AROUND. (other workers not her) I was a bit angry and a little upset. then she said i was only joking and she said sorry and i then said sorry.

IS THE WAY I SPOKE TO HER GRAVE SIN I NEED TO KNOW BECAUSE ITS ASH WEDNESDAY AND NEED TO GO TO MASS.

No, it’s not. Venial at best.

Consider the 3 things needed to make a sin mortal.

1. 
   *]Grave matter. (This wasn’t)
   *]Knowledge that is was. (It wasn’t so there is none)
   *]Full consent of the will. (Popping off like that shows there was no considered consent.)
   
   Relax…go to Mass and receive Our Eucharistic Lord and give Him all your cares and concerns. Spend some time at His feet like Mary did…and don’t be a Martha.

Hi and God Bless. I agree with Black Knight. You lost your temper, you were fed up, and we all have moments like that. You knew afterwards that you shouldn’t have lost your temper which is great, and the fact that you want to go to Reconciliation is fantastic. The Lord hears your heart/soul, and the best we can do is confess to our Priest who acts on behalf of Our Lord, and just try not to do it again. God has made us imperfect, it is only in Heaven that we may be made perfect.
