HELP - Confirmation Mass Propers

This is how I understand it, can someone confirm if this is right or not:

The propers for a confirmation Mass come from one of two places:

The Votive Mass of the Holy Spirit (Identical to the propers for Pentecost Sunday)
The Mass of the day

Is that right? Being a confirmation Mass, is it still appropriate to use the votive propers, even if the votive Mass isn’t celebrated?
 
I now see there’s also a Votive Mass FOR THE CONFERRAL OF CONFIRMATION

Does anyone have the texts of the Graduale Propers for that day?
