It means that they are still Baptised and still required to live up to their baptismal promises. It doesn’t mean they can’t reject the saving grace of God. Grace is a free gift to us, but we have the free will to accept it or reject it but once a person is Baptised, that grace is always there, should they be willing to accept it.What do you mean when you say “they are Catholic” ?
Does this mean they are now saved into heaven on death or they remain marked.
Please clarify what you mean by the statement.
