IAlso, I have muscular legs. So my pants tend to be tighter on the legs and butt but not tight on the waist. I was wearing my sons hand me down jeans and decided I prefer to wear women’s clothes and be less modest.
Wide-leg trouser cut pants and then take them to a tailor to put a couple darts in the waist to get rid of the gap in the back. I have the same problem with pants.

I don’t see how most of this is helping the OP (a teenage girl with limited spending money) find modest clothes.

If we knew her ‘style’ we could make further suggestions.

As a teen, I had no choice but to dress modestly as my parents paid for my clothes. I had nothing revealing. Even my summer clothes showed some degree of modesty like shorts that went close to the knees or a few inches above, bathing suits that didn’t expose cleavage, and tasteful tops (tees or sleeveless).

If parents are paying for a teen’s clothes, they should have more say in what their kids wear. There are plenty of choices both good and bad for teens. Teens may what to copy what they see on tv and the movies not realizing many of the items are inappropriate for Mass and school.

I tend to like button-down shirts, tank tops, jean shorts, jeans. I’m usually not much for skirts or dresses, but once in a while I do see some that I like. Thee tend to be long and flowy, like those maxi dresses or whatever.🤷

My overall style seems to be comfortable and casual.🙂

If you have WalMart, Marshall’s, or Target, you should be able to find a lot of nice clothes at the right price.

Try anthropologie!

It is a a little pricey … but if you just hit the end of season sales there are GREAT deals and they have really fashionable modest clothes … very class…
Also you can find modest stuff at the gap and old navy…
