If you read the article they are asking individuals to contact these groups for assistance in getting China to respond as to the whereabouts of “missing martyrs” who they list. ( Particuarly since China is hosting the Olympics and many subtle pressures can be brought to bear,) they are hopeful that some word may be given.

I believe Franze is askng someone in the US who has it to post the contact info for the Chinese Embassy in the US and the head of the IOC here.,
