Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

My heart goes out to you with so much to deal with. On a practical note, there are support places available. For me, a local adult child support group has helped me to heal from years of abuse.

That suffering brought me much closer to God, our Beloved Healer, for which I am eternally grateful. All the prayers mentioned are beautiful, in fact I copied two for myself to begin using. Two things helped me the most when I first began to make the necessary changes in my life, first is a prayer and second is a New Testament reading.

God Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
The courage to change the things I can; and
the Wisdom to know the difference,
Living one day at a time;
Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as you did, this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
Trusting that You will make all things right
if I surrender to Your will;
That I may be reasonable happy in this life,
and supremely happy with you forever in the next,

Matthew Chapter 6:25-34 (I read this daily through the worst times.

I pray these give you the comfort that they offered me. God bless in your search for a new and peaceful life.
