HELP! I Need a Book Recommendation For my 12 Year Old Nephew

I would like to get my nephew a Catholic Book that would be inspiring and get him interested in the Catholic Faith. Maybe a book on the saints? I don’t know.

Anyways, I would like him to get interested of his own accord in doing in receiving the Bread of Life. (His first communion.)

So if any of you can think of cool books for a 12 year old boy. Please step forward! Thanks.

Lastly, let’s stick mainly to the book recommendation rather than the first communion issue, please.

True story, amazing, thrilling novel… a Franciscan friar is drafted into the SS at the start of ww2… his adventures are amazing.

This is a great resource, and not just for kids. The parents of my Confirmation kids really like this book too. Many have said they learned more from this book than they did in 12 years of Catholic school.
