As you know, Dave, you are in the prayers of a whole ton of people from this forum, as well as other people in Holy Mother Church. And, as one poster pointed out, YOU ARE PRECIOUS TO THE LORD! And He knows your heart better than you do and He loves you more than you can possibly imagine.
As another poster said, seek some medical help, as well. God gave us medicine and medical personnel to help us. They are also His gift.
You are made in His image and likeness and no matter what we do, His Mercy is infinite. He is faithful, even though we may not be aware He is with us. Take care.

Thanks everyone.
I am currently taking an anti-depresant called celexa. I don’t know how well it works and i son’t think it’s any better than prozac(which i was taking for a few years). Before Febuary or 2008, i was taking klonapin(an anti-anxiety medication), and seroqual(an anti-psychotic medication), along with prozac. I guess you could my mental health was stable. But as my psychiatrist tells me the downside of these medications. They could be bad for my sytem an affect my health later on when i’m older(i’m 19). Over the summer i begam taking xanax after i weighed the good and the bad. I really couldn’t feel a difference. When i told the psychiatrists i was going to gradually go off of the xanax he said i could be one his first patients to do so due to the addictive nature of the drug. so know 'm just taling celexa. i think about taking the seroqual again because i feel it may have helped. Other than the downside i mentioned before, the drug made me extremely tired and i didn’t like the feeling. It felt so unnatural.

But make a topic about how i had a panic attack about bisexuality and homosexuality. This was after i went off the seroqual and klonopin. I just knelt down and said another Divine Mercy chaplet and Most Holy Rosary for you. It probably only took 20 minutes for me to say them both, less time than it generally takes for a lunch break. It was challenging for me to say the Rosary because I kept on getting distracted and my thoughts kept moving to other things, but I eventually finished it. Here is my best kept secret for concentrating during the Most Holy Rosary, taken from St. Louis Mary de Montfort’s The Secret of the Rosary, it is something that used to be frequent in the past but is no longer used anymore according to: ** Marialis Cultus ** (Apostolic Exhortation for the Right Ordering and Development of Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary of His Holiness, February 2, 1974 by His Holiness Pope Paul VI): add a line to the Mystery that you are saying to commemorate the action of Jesus in that Mystery.

About your bisexuality and homosexuality… I encourage you to think about those conditions as similar to psychosis. Whether you choose them or not, the bible says that they are not good for you. St. Francis of Assisi once threw himself into a rosebush with thorns to keep his mind chaste. I think the bush of thorns turned into roses for him and now never grows thorns any longer.

The demons also came disguised as the Lord, the Immaculate Heart of Mary, or St. Francis of Assisi. Once the evil one came to his confessional and confessed the most repugnant sins. St. Padre Pio kept on hearing the confession and was astounded by how horrible it was. Then he told him to say, “Long live Jesus. Long live Mary,” and he vanished.
You must hold fast to the Word of God. “In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done… They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, stife, deceit, and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. I would (1) go to confession every one or two weeks to confess my sins in full number and all appropriate detail - somewhere in Divine Mercy in my Soul by St. Faustina, I think it says that the Sacred Heart of Jesus cannot help you in the confessional room with his graces if you don’t make a pure confession, while trying my hardest to stop major sins and cultivate virtues such as: humility and charity (2) go to Holy Communion daily if possible, (3) Eucharistic Adoration as often as possible and pray the Most Holy Rosary while at Eucharistic Adoration, (4) pray the Most Holy Rosary on my own on daily as often as possible. There is statistical research that shows that people with religious faith tend to do better with mental illness than those who do not. BarbaraTherese posted a pdf link to this information that I have not yet read. I know from personal experience a person who follows the above steps with great effect in calming her mind, so that she is - still in recovery - but overall a purer and healthier person than before she started!
And this is a side thought - I’m a stupid person so sometimes maybe I’m best ignored…if you feel too anxious - pray the Most Holy Rosary… if you don’t have the discipline to do that or you still can’t recover, take a nap and go to sleep, then when you wake up - pray the Most Holy Rosary as often as possible

I’m sorry you’ve struggled so much with medications. I think you shouldn’t take the seroqual unless you’re sure you are comfortable with the idea; it sounds like a harsh price to pay for something that may not help much. As for your worries about homosexuality, I think if you were attracted to guys you’d know it. Also, it’s not a sin to have homosexual feelings, it is a sin to act on them. Meaning to actually be in a gay relationship. So if you’re not in one, I wouldn’t worry about it. Peace.
