Dear Lord, please help your dear child. Bring her passions in order within her. Help her to see the source of her inclinations. Perhaps she has been hurt by men and is attracted to the virtue represented in your servant. Perhaps she is lonely. Perhaps she is undergoing temptation from the Devil. Whether her reasons are psychological, or spiritual, or a combination … please hasten to enlighten her and grant her the resources and help she needs.
Whatever the reason behind her misguided passion, transform it with your love. Help her to direct all of her passions to You, who are the fulfillment of all of her needs. Envelope her and her priest in the ocean of your grace, mercy and protection. Remove all emotional and spiritual barriers preventing her from loving You in a more complete way. Use this trial to strenghen her, and teach her, so that she may emerge from this storm, still standing. Strengthened and renewed by the transforming and healing power of your Love. May she make use of all the gifts you have given us through the treasure of your Church. Amen
