Help in using Adoremus Hymnal,"Order of the Mass"

I just trying to improve music in my parish. We never sing the mass, so I think it is good to improve by singing from the order of the Mass.
Can we use the order of the mass(English), in Adoremus Hymnal ? My parish is in Kobe, Japan, we are in English Mass.
Second qusetion, how many version is the melody for the order of the mass? Are there some that are approved by Vatican?

I am planning to tell my parish priest to sing his part, with the melody written in Adoremus Hymnal in order of the Mass, but I am not ver understand about singing order of the Mass.

I have my Adoremus Hymnal open in front of me as I write this response.

The Latin is on the left hand page (or even numbered pages and the english is on the right (or odd numbered pages). The music for the priest in English and the responses in English are right there on the right side.

This Hymnal is probably the clearest and easiest to use that I’ve seen in a long time.

I think that if you look closely at the book and read only the right hand side of each page it will become clear to you.

The problem is not in how to look at the music, but how to implement it. As I said my parish is in Kobe, Japan. Can the melody of the Order of The Mass in Adoremus Hymnal used in every country? not only in US?

The music of the Catholic Church is Universal and can be sung all over the world. As long as your priest is willing to let the choir sing the chant and/or hymns, then I’d say definately sing.

Perhaps if your choir practised the chant and then invited the priest to listen to make sure he is involved and feels comfortable with what they are doing, then he might rehearse his part with the choir.

I don’t know if you get EWTN television in Japan, but if you can find a spot to watch the Masses being celebrated it would really help in your presentation.

My understanding is that EWTN uses the Adoremus Hymnal. However, each diocese may have different directions, as approved by the Holy See. Contact the diocese to ensure that you are no in error.
