HELP! Is all Saints day is a holy day of obligation in England?

Does anyone know if all Saints day is a holy day of obligation in England?
 
Yes it is - according to this which is from the UK Bishops Conference (they set the Holy Days in the UK, so they should know!)

I found it just by googling ‘Holy Days of Obligation UK 2007’ so you can do the same in future.
 
Yes, it should have been announced by your priest at Mass on Sunday. The following day, All Souls day is not a HD.
