I’m a lot older than Walter, but it’s fairly common for people to “fall in love on the Internet” with somebody who’s a long distance away. The more so when the two people have some issue that keeps them from meeting a lot of people in person, like they are young, or they are isolated, or they have some medical/ mental condition.I must ask: Why are you confessing your love for this woman - and why is she doing the same - when you’ve never met (as that seems to be the case)?
If things go well, usually the people will try to meet up and hang out for a few days. Whether anything transpires with the relationship in real life past that remains to be seen.
I do agree with you that people shouldn’t get so carried away about this stuff like they’re planning a whole life with somebody they haven’t met yet and agonizing over whether to choose this person who they barely know or the priesthood.
Walter, to be honest I also think you have a long way to go with just living and getting yourself together before you’ll be ready to be either a husband or a priest. Also, I know that these things are the most important, paramount, all-consuming concerns for you right now, but from the viewpoint of people who have been on the earth longer, it seems really young and overdramatic. You met a girl, great, go have some good clean fun, stop making it into some giant life decision. And focus on getting the medical help you need so you can see this sort of thing in its proper perspective.
