On a practical level, the “St. Charles Borromeo” online CCC site has good search functionality.

This “explanation” page (entering at the “thesaurus search” functionality) can help you do “subject” searches.

I searched for “accountability” (from your text above) and preceeded the word with a tilde (~) so that it would look for similar meaning words to “accountability” (such as “responsibility”). The result was this (the search).

Then, you can track down what you’re looking for in the CCC, which will invariably give you several scriptural quotations supporting it’s reasoning.
 
Romans 1:20 - For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

Could someone please tell me how I took this verse out of context and what it really means?
