Help: looking for prayers to some saints and some questions on entrustment/ consecration

Hi everyone I have a handful of questions:

1. Can someone point me to a novena prayers in honor of/ imploring the intercessions if St. George Precca and Bl. John Henry Newman? St. George Precca is my birthday Patron while I would like to have Bl. John Henry Newman as patron, and I cant seem to find novena prayers for them
2. Re: consecration/ entrustment to a Saint
   can I consecrate/ entrust to a Saint something that is not tangible and something that isnt mine?
   you see I would like to entrust a degree program of our university to some saints,my university is state funded so it doesnt have patron saints. I was wondering if I could say consecrate it to St. John Chrysostom and Bl John Henry Newman. I know it sounds silly for me to worry about small stuff like this. But the program helped me to a become a better person, it eventually led me to the Catholic faith, I was hoping that it would do the same for others. Thanks

With the regard to Blessed John Henry Cardinal Newman, I would suggest:

There is no reason you could not entrust or confide this intention/program to the prayers of a saint…in fact, it seems like a very good thing to entrust to either or both of them, asking that others may benefit as you have done.

One could add the saints and blesseds associated with the Philippines. I would certainly include Pope John Paul II and Mother Teresa…they both dramatically touched the islands by their visits.
