Help me with death

I am terrified of death. Any word or picture of death or leading towards the word death just overwhelms me with fear and anxiety. I shuts my body off. Ive been this way for the past 5 years. I need help accepting death. Please help me with a prayer
 
Praying that you will feel in your heart that Jesus Christ died for sinners who repent to bring them to everlasting life. Life with Jesus begins after our earthly journey and it will be unimaginable joy and giving glory to God. Every tear will be wiped from eyes and the new order is here. Rejoice in your hope of everlasting life with the God that knew you before he formed you in your mother’s womb.

Praying for your fear to dissipate and may you speak with a priest if this fear overwhelms you so much to obtain guidance.

When someone dies, it’s as if they have taken off their worldly clothes and have put on heavenly clothes. Dying is no more scary than changing clothes.
