i am a business owner and i have a cousin who just started working for an insurance agencey,he has a wife and two children,he asked me if i could switch my health plan for my business,which covers the employees to the agency he is working for.his boss told me,he needs the money.would be lack of charity on my part if i do not switch my account to him since i am satisfied with current insurance agency ,i have been with this co. for almost 15 years and i like the service.

Politely tell him no. If you are satisfied with your existing arrangements it is certainly NOT a lack of charity to stay where you are.
