Hello,
I ask anyone to pray for me, I find that over the last few years my faith and beliefs have begun to fade, I am praying myself to recapture my past beliefs but find it difficult and hope to find some help among the faithful and true believers.

thank you

Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need.

***Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death
Amen.

Praying for you Alex, that Jesus reveal himself to you to be the 2nd person of the holy trinity.:o

Two things that may help - adoration and the Holy Rosary. If your church doesn’t do adoration often enough you can still find time or make the time to pray the rosary every day. If you have the chance daily Mass too. keep praying…

Definitely agree, I went through a similar experience a couple of years ago, I felt so far away from God and no matter how much I prayed it was like he wasn’t with me, I felt totally abandoned and fed up of constantly trying to get back to where I was. I spoke to a friend and she suggested I go to adoration even for just 1 hour a week. At first I didn’t even spend a full hour at adoration but over time I became closer and closer to the Lord and spent over an hour. Hope this helps and I will keep you in my prayers.

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come
Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Glory be to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be
World without end.

Amen

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my Mother;
to thee do I come,
before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of thy Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me.
Amen

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the malice and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away:
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things
Whoever has God lacks nothing;
God alone suffices.
– St. Teresa of Avila

We all go through the dry desert. We feel like Jesus left us. take up your Bible and read Isaiah 53. Read Jeremiah 29:11, Read Ephesians 3:13 till end of prayer. Say Chaplet of mercy and absorb the mercy that He has for you. Visit your church when it is open and sit before the Tabernacle. Yes, go to mass. You receive strength in communion. Go to confession and counsel with your priest. He will guide your path. It will seem long but in terms of your walk w Jesus it will be short.
In Christs’ love

The very fact you reached out to us for prayers is a wonderful sign that you have faith.
Go to adoration, even if you just quietly sit with Jesus for an hour, it will help. The enemy may be pulling you away from your beliefs, and filling your heart with doubts, but reaching out for help shows you want God in your life… You are halfway there. Go to confession too, tell the priest how you have feelings of doubt and he can help you, and the sacrament of reconciliation will give you grace you need to boost your soul!!

In the meantime…

Saint Michael the archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our safeguard and defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, oh Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into Hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

  • O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.
O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*
