Is deciding to have an impure thought for the purpose of being aroused, entertaining that thought briefly, and then quickly deciding to reject it a mortal sin? Please help!!!

I can’t determine if it is mortal or not, but when you say “I decided” that means consent. I would say you are sinning, but again im not the judge.

Go to confession and discuss this with your confessor.

You should schedule an appointment to speak to your parish priest as you have asked this question or very similar 6 times in the past 2 weeks and all of your questions have been “urgent” and of a sexual nature. Your priest will be able to counsel and guide you with your concerns much more effectively than you can get on an internet forum. I will pray that you receive the help that you need. God bless.
