Hi,

My Computer died and my new one will not run my 32 bit Catholic bible program.

Does anyone know of any cut and paste Catholic bibles on line?

May God contimue to bless you for you’re efforts.

Thanks
Pat

Many thanks. I looked at that site, but don’t see how I can “cut & copy” and then paste on CAF?

I could do that with my old Bible program, and found it to be extrtemely useful.

Love and prayers,

Pat
Instead of “cut” & paste, try “copy” and paste.

:blush:Me a dummy, that’s what I meant.

I can “hi-lite” text likes it will allow me but I don’t see any tabs for “copy”🤷 or “edit” /Copy?

Am I missing something?

Love and prayers,

Pat

THANK’s and may God continue to Bless you! I said a few prayers for you:thumbsup:

I know very little about computers and a great deal about my Catholic Faith. If I can answer any questions for you, it would certainly be my pleasure to do so.

Again, thank you friend,

Love and prayers,
Pat

There is also a web site where you can do a Bible “Google”

biblegateway.com/

I use this site too but am always careful because the last time I checked, none of their available translations were Catholic. ( and some are quite … inadequate)
I agree. Even their pronunciations can differ. I just use it to find the verse I’m looking for, and then I use the USCCB New American Bible. I wonder why they offer so many Protestant version but no Catholic ones?

I think I just answered my own question.

Yep:o

If you Google “The Latin Vulgate” there is a site that has the Douey-Rheims and the KJ Bible side by side. You can also get a searchable copy of the RSV or the New American.

I like the RSV myself.

LOve and prayers,

LOve and prayers,
That’s interesting. I started the “Great Adventure” Bible study by Jeff Cavins last night. He also recommended the RSV, Catholic Edition. He said it is more readable and has better footnotes. I have an NAB myself, but I may start looking into the RSV.
