Help! Symbolism in Art Glass Church Windows

I have taken on a little project within my parish church building. I am trying to identfy the symbols in the art glass windows in our church.

I have been able to identify most, but am having difficulty with a few. I welcome any insight to these:

Image of a chalice with a sword (or dagger) and an anchor crossed in front of the chalice. The letters D R K C V above and the number 855 below.

An image of a swan.

An image of a tower with the words, “Du Neinbriner Ner Turm” This was originally a German-speaking parish. I’m having difficulty finding a translation for Neinbriner. Otherwise it seems to say, “You [neinbriner] a tower”.

An image that seems to present Alpha and Omega, but with two other letters. I’ll try to approximate below, using “O” for Omega. The A shoud be directly above the O, and the I directly below the O:

I have photos and am willing to send or otherwise post them. The windows are quite beautiful. They date from 1906-1910 and were produced by the Emil Frei Art Glass Company in St. Louis, MO, by way of Munich Germany.
 
Please post the the images. I like puzzles and I like stained glass.

Thank you Dale and Triumphguy! One mystery solved. The info on DRKCV really makes sense since the parish was formed by the German-speaking peoples in that part of town.

I would like to post some pics in question, but can’t seem to find out if I can post from my computer or do they have to be linked to the internet?
 
My guess for the letters forming a cross

-vertical- alpha omega iota
-horizontal- (rho or pi) omega alpha

guess on vertical- Jesus is the beginning and the end (iota is the first letter in Jesus when spelled in Greek)

guess on horizontal- something along similar lines as the vertical.

Neinbriner could be a family name or an old form of a family name; or it could be something linked to the region of Germany from which the families of the parish came from.
