HELP! The Traditional Office

Peace.
I recently started saying the Divine Office at Vespers and Compline (still haven’t quite gotten to saying Matins and Lauds) and today I went to pray the Little Hour of None before I went to Mass, and I couldn’t find the Versicle or the Little Chapter for the Little Hours. I have the Collegeville Divine Office, so if any of you can point where to look for the Verse and Chapter, it would be greatly appreciated!

Which rubrics are you following? 1961, 1956, or pre-1956?
 
Was this on September 7th? Your calendar indicated a ferial day, correct? If so, you should be able to find the verse and little chapter in the ordinary. For today’s feast, the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, those two parts would be found in the common of the B.V.M.
 
The verse and little chapter are not in the Ordinary in my copy of the Divine Office (oh…this was on the 7th, btw). It says to look in the office of the day. Whereas the Office of the Day sends me to the Ordinary!
