Prayer for Bad Habit
Most loving Father! You know all my weakness and shortcomings. I feel so unworthy to stand before You. I choose to believe Your word which says that You are the lover of all sinners. I draw near to Your throne of grace begging for Your mercy and help.O Lord! The Scripture says that we ought to present our bodies holy and acceptable to You! Master! I am of the flesh and on my own strength I just cannot over come this sinful habit. But I long to lead a clean and pleasing life before You, Lord. I am so helpless and find it very difficult to resist the temptations that come across my way! I look up to You for help, Master! Please cleanse me and fill me with Your Holy Spirit who alone can strengthen me to over come this habit. Let Your spirit guide me and preserve me from stumbling back. Please Lord take full control of my thoughts and grant me Your special grace! O God! Let my eyes be always upon You for without You I can do nothing. You have all the authority in heaven and on earth. I ask You to protect my mind and body and set me absolutely free from this unwanted deed. I choose to submit myself only to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.Forgive me for all that I have done against You and cover me with Your precious blood. Thank You forgiving me and forgetting my bad past Lord! I am now Your child Master and I acknowledge satan has no power over me. Be with me and lead me in the everlasting way. In the name of Jesus, I pray.Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Behold us, O my God, at Your feet!
We do not deserve mercy, but O my Redeemer,
the blood You have shed for us encourages us and obliges us to hope for it.
How often we have offended You, repented, and yet have we again fallen into the same sin.
O my God, we wish to amend, and in order to be faithful to You,
We will place all our confidence in You.
We will, whenever we are tempted, instantly have recourse to You.
Until now, we have trusted in our own promises and resolutions
and have neglected to recommend ourselves to You in our temptations.
This has been the cause of our repeated failures.
From this day forward, be You, O Lord, our strength,
and in this, shall we be able to do all things,
for “I can do all things in Him who strengthens me.”
Amen.

Acknowledge penitent76, that God’s precepts
are RIGHT and fear God’s judgment on all
who transgress them!! Your way is a false
way, so avoid going along ANY LONGER in
it and anything that leads you down that
path again!! Fear God’s laws and command-
ments and it will go well w/ you!! Prov. 14:27
Our Father, who is in heaven,
Your name be held holy,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

St. Thérèse of Liseux Prayer From “Story of A Soul”
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.
Amen. †
Lord, thank you that you are with me right now.
Your love surpasses all fear.
I give you the anxiety I feel.
I surrender all my worries to you.
Clear my mind;
Calm my heart;
Still my Spirit;
Relax my being, that, I may
always glorify you in everything
I write, speak and do.
Amen. †
Jesus, Help Me
In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,
Jesus, help me!
In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations,
Jesus, help me!
In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials,
Jesus, help me!
In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles and sorrows,
Jesus, help me!
When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts,
Jesus, help me!
When others fail me, and Thy grace alone can assist me,
Jesus, help me!
When I throw myself on Thy tender love as Father and Savior,
Jesus, help me!
When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me,
Jesus, help me!
When sickness and loneliness overcome me,
Jesus, help me!
Always, in weakness, falls and shortcomings of every kind,
Jesus, help me and never forsake me.
Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.
Amen. †
Sweet Heart of Jesus, be my love.
Sweet Heart of my Jesus, grant that I may always love You more.
Heart of Jesus, burning with love for us, set our hearts on fire with love of You.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make our hearts like Your Heart.
Amen. †
Prayers said. All will be well. Do not fear, the Lord is protecting you.
Do not be lonely, your guardian angel is beside you.
Be comforted, Mother will watch over you, and the
Holy Spirit will guide you.
Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.
