Help with a Scripture quote

I remember reading a long time ago (could have been Scripture, The Early Fathers, Aquinas…etc…i can’t remember where, that’s the problem) about that, at the end, “no man would question the justice of God’s Judgement upon his own life. (paraphrased)”.

But I don’t remember if that referred to his own Particular Judgement (likely), or whether it referred to his own reflection on himself at the General Judgement.

Anyway, am I crazy, did I dream this, or is there such a passage anywhere that any of you know of?

The closest thing I could find is:

1Cor.4
[3] But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court. I do not even judge myself.
[4] I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.

Or is that way off the mark?
