I have two children that became atheist. I tried to raise them Catholic.
They even went to Catholic schools when they were young. I know
I wasn’t a perfect parent but I tried and find their views on God very
distressing. I don’t know if their is anything that I can do about it but
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank You

It sounds like you did the best you could do, that is all that can be asked of us. There is not much you can do other than continue to pray for your children and try to be a good example of Christian faith, love, and charity.

Above all, never lose hope. Remember that they are God’s children too and He loves them even more than you do. St. Monica prayed for her son, St. Augustine, for 17 years before he converted to the faith.

According to tradition:
St. Monica implored the local bishop for help in winning her son over, and he counseled her to be patient, saying, “God’s time will come.” Monica persisted in importuning him, and the bishop uttered the words which have often been quoted: “Go now, I beg you; it is not possible that the son of so many tears should perish.”
