Help with announcement for new church function

I’m starting a parish picnic/ volleyball game for the purpose of creating fellowship.
I’m making a bulletin insert to spread the word. How should I write it? What should it say?

Tell what it is, where it is, when it is, why it is and how to participate. List yourself and whom ever may be assisting you as contact people and tell how to contact you.

Journalistic standard–5 ‘W’s’ and an ‘H’.
Answer the following questions:
Who?
What?
Where?
When?
Why?
How?

To the extent possible use simple, declarative sentences, but try to write a ‘hook’–an attention grabber–for the lead sentence. That can be a question you want your audience to answer.
