Hello!
For a long time I have been interested in utilizing the Liturgy of the Hours into my daily prayer life but have yet to learn the prayer. I am hoping that someone could guide me through it? I have a Christian Prayer book and am aware of this site: divineoffice.org/. However, I am still confused about how to use the Christian Prayer book and about the prayer’s formula.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I am most interested in Morning and Night prayer as regular disciplines but want to learn all of them (including the Office).
God bless!
