Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,

Heavenly Father,
You are intimately aware of the struggle @Jzeajules is experiencing -the pain and the despair.
You know the desire of her heart to be healed of this depression and anxiety. I ask now for Your healing touch. I know that You are able and that just like in Bible times, You can release her from this depression.

In Jesus’ name I pray, I thank you in advance for answering my prayers.

consult w doctor.
Talk with friends, not discuss on virus issues.
Read good jokes and share with friends to laugh all day.
Say to friends three non-sin jokes a day and make them laugh unbearable.
Listen Christian and clean music you love
Do indoor hobbies, grow micro vegetable garden.
Home exercise.
Attend daily mass live streams.
Read bible, watch life of saints on Netflix,
Follow Pope Francis on Twitter
Drive around 5-10 minutes a day and stay inside the car.

God bless you. I know this is real and so hard to live with. You are strong for reaching out. I have found that saying Mary’s name and the name of Jesus out loud are strong helps in times of distress. Also prayers to dear Saint Jude and Saint Dymphna.
About Mary : “The Almighty endowed her with the power to communicate tranquility and peace of spirit to those who will ask her for her intercession.”
 
I also suggest praying to St. John of God, who was able to help me and continues to do so.
