Help with signs of the devil

I don’t think I would mind. I would want to have her talk to a preist also. My mom and I talked about anything though. I always thought that I was supposed to love and listen to her no matter how it would be hard for me. Moms need their daughters just as we need our moms.

If my mom was having visions I would want to know to.

Misfitz is fully aware of the “visions” and what they entail, so now the issue is dealing with it. Since her mother refuses to submit to the guidance of a priest, then the next step is not enabling and indulging the behavior. The obedience of the “seer” is one test of authenticity, and here we someone who does not wish to submit to any authority when it comes to her visions.

If the visions are all of evil or superficial things, I’d guess that’s not a good sign either. Especially if they are seen at Mass, a holy rite.

I wonder would the same visions occur if the lady went to a Latin Mass?

Also, as one person has said, it could be mental illness. That’s the first thing that should be looked at.

Would you like for your mother to tell you she is having visions about you and your life and the people around you? I’d prefer that she speak with a priest.

I wouldn’t let my mother say anything to me about this, except that she is getting a physical followed by a good mental exam and therapy. But then, my mother doesn’t have visions- at least not those she is sharing with me.

Really OP- You need to go to the priest and tell him Mom’s gone bonkers. He is the best one to make a call on this. If you try to deal with it, she is just going to brush you away.
