On the bright sideā€¦ it is 3:30 here and the boss will be busy for the next hourā€¦ that only leaves 1/2 hour to fire meā€¦the countdown beginsā€¦

Yeah but it is that hour of conference call that is going to kill me and then the 1/2 hour window to fire me for todayā€¦ he does like to wait until end of day to have ā€œtalksā€ tooā€¦ kinda stinksā€¦ As for my interesting place of work:

and bio-alternative.com are just 2 of the 20 companies we have hereā€¦

I hate this kind of drama!!! I love, love love when we have the kind of drama that causes me to write up copywrite and patent paperworkā€¦ or when we get invitations to write proposalsā€¦

Praying that boss has some all important recreational activity to attend and has to leave work earlyā€¦

and it really is about 40 minutes because he just got done conference callā€¦ now he is available to do the deed if he is so inclined.

Itā€™s silly to have to worry about what heā€™ll do just because you unintentionally spilled the beans on something thatā€™s HIS fault!

I hope you find a job where you wonā€™t have to worry about such stuff and be respected and valued for the work you do. And also I hope you donā€™t get fired before you find that perfect job.

I personally thought it was hilarious! My Mom was 100% Italian and my Dad is 100% French - needless to say the 2 families never got together too much. There was always drama back in the day. šŸ˜ƒ

My Italian fatherā€™s family and my French motherā€™s family never really saw eye-to-eye that often either.

I was watching this thread carefully Blest and praying for you!!! So glad it all worked out!!! šŸ‘

I worked as a phlebotomist in a lab before I graduated nursing school, and oh boy did we have politics!!! I HATED those days, glad they are behind me!!! People back-stabbing, talking about others, etc, etcā€¦so petty and juvenile!
