I found this book on archive.org a couple of months ago. Then, amazingly, found it on Amazon.
It took some effort to become familiar with the unique layout of this text (especially the 4 Gospels); however, now I thoroughly appreciate it!
Note: The links only open into one page. The full effect comes in opening the actual book and seeing all 4 Apostles and associated passages/refs across the two pages. A marvel of a mind who conceived this format, and my gratitude to those who did not allow it to be lost to the passage of time.
